To ensure the lack of financial resources doesn’t deter the educational needs of students and advocating for enhancements to the educational experience, in and out of the classroom … The V2L DREAM Scholarship Fund serves the purpose of offering financial assistance toward the improvement of the academic environment via teacher resource grants and providing students aid in their educational endeavors via our scholarship program.
